White Powder sent to temples
Posted by Joy Bischoff under: Judaeo-Christian Values Under Attack .
For over twenty years I have shared my concerns with those I am close to that the gay agenda would most likely be the major issue used as a battering ram to attack religious freedom in an unprecedented way. I believe we will continue to see periodic escalations of this problem and that it will get much worse. I believe that is why The Proclamation on the Family was so timely and crucial.
Following is a comment posted on the story below by the moderator of Deseret News that shows the growing virulence of many in the gay community and their supporters:

Some of the comments about the following article states that the LDS vote for prop 8 was an attack. If our Constitutional right to vote is considered an attack, then that clearly shows how many on the pro-gay side feel about our political process.
It is my opinion that if this incident happened to a more popular group, then it would be national news and also that the police would be calling it a hate crime. I get the feeling the FBI is going overboard to say there is nothing that would suggest a link with the No on Prop-8 group. The Catholic group targeted was heavily involved in fighting gay marriage. Of course we can’t be positive who was behind this, I believe it was connected to prop-8 but I fear the FBI will not try very hard to solve the case. The authorities in CA have shown little desire to protect the rights of the Mormons against the protesters. As I wrote yesterday, I believe the FLDS situation opened the door to loss of religious freedom and the LDS will be seen as an easy target to further the attack on religion. This is why all religious people, even those who hate Mormons, should let their voice be heard and take a stand against this kind of intolerance.
Powder scares at 2 LDS temples, Catholic plant
No evidence to link threats to Prop. 8 opponents, FBI says
Envelopes containing a suspicious white powder were mailed to two LDS temples and a Catholic fraternity, prompting a hazardous materials response and a federal investigation into who is behind it.
The white powder scares were reported Thursday at Salt Lake City’s Temple Square, the LDS Church’s temple in Los Angeles and at a printing plant belonging to the Knights of Columbus in New Haven, Conn….
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Knights of Columbus are both major backers of the controversial Proposition 8, which banned same-sex marriage in California. However, the FBI cautioned late Thursday there is no evidence to link the threats to Prop. 8 opponents.
“We’ve got to follow the evidence and at this point we have not received anything that would lead us to believe the opponents of Prop. 8 are behind any kind of terroristic activity,” FBI Special Agent Juan Becerra said from the agency’s Salt Lake City office. “It would be irresponsible to say that at this point.”
