Happy 200th Birthday to Abraham Lincoln

A Warning!
Wishing a happy birthday to our past great president is not the reason for this blog. I do have a warning for our readers. We have been watching President Obama equate himself to Lincoln for awhile now. He is most likely very sincere in wanting to emulate his hero. Hopefully we can remember that Barak Obama is a product of many negative influences in his childhood. The current fear of the direction in which he is taking us, makes it hard to fight being judgmental toward him but I am trying to love him unconditionally. I sincerely believe he is doing what he feels is best.
That said, I will get to my warning. A number of states have decided to declare Sovereignty according to the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution. Many other states are currently assessing whether to follow suit. Although this is a simple assertion of a Constitutional right, I am concerned that President Obama will see this in light of the Civil War and a confederate break away. If he believes too strongly that his mission in life will parallel that of Abraham Lincoln, he eventually may decide to act rashly.
Many state governments are very concerned about the possible declaration of martial law if turmoil ensues from future economic chaos. Rumors of this being a strong possibility, and of plans to take guns from the citizens is worrying lawmakers. State militias being put under federal control instead of the governor, is a tense issue that is fueling the fire.
Even with the tight liberal controls over the media, it is absolutely stunning that this bombshell has not been reported by the MSM. Here is a list of the states that have now declared themselves:
