Please Don’t Tell Me
Posted by Joy Bischoff under: Presidential Election 2008 .
I know that Rush suggested McCain’s camp could be telling Independents to get out and vote, but I didn’t really think the mix-up this morning could be on purpose. Now I am wondering. It is against the law in Florida to change affiliation on the day of election. It has to be done 29 days previous to the election. When the poll workers were telling Independent voters this morning to vote for a democrat or republican, I assumed there was a mistake. Now, with the following article from Fox News, I am starting to wonder what is really going on with the poll workers. Check out this excerpt:
Sheneka McDonald spent 10 minutes trying to convince poll workers at the same precinct that she should have a Democratic ballot. She questioned poll workers when she was handed a Republican ballot but was told, “this is the only ballot we have.”
“I said, ‘How can this be the only ballot,’” McDonald recalled. “That’s when the guy chimed in from the back and said the Democratic primary was in March.”
The poll captain eventually apologized to McDonald and told her they had forgotten to unpack all the ballots. “It was a little unnerving this morning,” she said. “I don’t see how you forget to unpack ballots. This is what gives Florida its reputation.”

I was not wanting to be prophetic. I hope I am wrong about voter fraud. I can’t stand the thought that our vote doesn’t count. Let’s hope this isn’t really on purpose and it turns out good.

This is America not some third world country. I just can’t believe voter fraud could happen here.

I wish I haven’t read the hard cold facts. Court cases that have proven voter fraud but I have and too many of those cases have been in Florida.

Seriously boys, I was surprised at the New Hampshire election when Barak was up by 20 pts one day and lost to Billary the next. I heard about them slit boxes. You gotta ask yourself the question. If the libs had the ability to manipulate the results would they? Or are folks out there so righteous nowadays that they would never stoop that low? How much do they want Juan McCain? How much do they want to stop a guy who would mess with their plans? Ya gotta ask yourself.

It seems to me this smacks of bad sportsmanship. This is a little negative. I don’t really think this is something that is happening. Smacks of conspiracy.

You are right…unless it is true. If it is true, are we just suppose to let it happen because we are afraid to be called conspiracy nuts? There is some good stuff written here about politically correct terms being used to make us act in a certain way so we can be manipulated. I have seen this to be true. So we are being poor sports unless it is true.

This is starting to sound like a conspiracy site. What’s the deal?

I snagged this comment from ElectRomneyin2008.com. Of course I am still assuming it was a misunderstanding and not deliberate voter fraud but the results are the same. I wonder what happens when the rules are broken? Do they just let the results stand even if the results could be skewed by the mistake? anyway, here is the comment:
“I live in Palm Beach County and people are calling radio stations telling of how Independents are being allowed to vote. Election headquarters have been contacted. Come on Florida, we no have yet another hurdle to get over. Get everyone you can and vote Romney. It is up to all of us now.”
