Joe Scarborough Plays Fair

Posted by Joy Bischoff under: Presidential Election 2008 .

That was hard to listen to. Mica Brezinski said that Mitt hasn’t been embraced by the Republican party. Joe said basically that the numbers show otherwise. So she flip-flopped on her story and said that the Republican party doesn’t know what they want. She degraded our party, our intelligence, and lied. Her hatred was pouring out if you watch her facial expressions. She actually excused the bias, making it Mitt’s fault for flip-flopping every other day. Amazingly, they flood us with that excuse, but rarely come up with examples of flip-flopping, knowing the label itself is damning. Such hatred is not reasonable or normal and can only mean one thing; Rush is right and the media is determined to at last, after working for years, to pull this nation into a leftist socialist society. Rush pointed out on his program today that Mitt changed his position on abortion, and that he admitted he had been wrong, explained the circumstances and why he changed. Rush went on to point out that McCain and Huckabee have been flip-flopping on major issues in recent days but refuse to admit to a change. They adamantly pretend that the new position had been theirs all along and they were only misunderstood. The gloves have come off the media, with a few exceptions like Joe, and I want to applaud him for his courage to go against a powerful and determined tide.

One Comment so far...

I do find it interesting that Rush says that if we want to know who the true conservatives are, just watch who the press is attacking. Pretty revealing. That woman can’t control her face can she?

Our Mission Statement

Encourage people to learn about our Constitution and the freedoms it preserves and to have faith in the Judaeo-Christian principles upon which it is based so that when those freedoms are threatened action may be taken to protect them.

In support of our mission statement, here is our Three-Fold Purpose of the blog, In God We Trust.

1. Defining and spreading an understanding of our Constitutional freedoms for the purpose of sustaining those freedoms.

2. Identifying threats to the unity of the conservative base, and helping people to resist the pressure to compromise values as an answer to political tensions.

3. Spreading the message that the key for healing the nation is showing respect, tolerance and kindness as we accept the political differences of others.
